July 4th is a very special day at Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson, father of the Declaration of Independence.  On that day nearly 100 people will become citizens standing on the steps of Monticello in a meaningful and moving ceremony.  This tradition was begun in 1963 and has included speaches by presidents as well as notable naturalized citizens.  Find out more at www.monticello.org.
