On Sunday, November 13th, the home of James Madison known as Montpelier will provide guests with a special tour of the Freedman’s Farm … the Gilmore Family farm which belonged to one of Madison’s freed slaves.  There will also be a Walking Tour of the Confederate Winter Camp Site of 1863-1864.  All this begins at 2:00pm.  You can find out more at www.montpelier.org.
